Terminating Agreements

All agreements should contain a termination clause giving either party the right to terminate the agreement within a specified time frame.  Agreements should also specify the process by which programs will end, with the least amount of disruption in the event of a termination. When terminating agreements, International Partnerships & Agreements (IPA), the Office of Legal Affairs (OLA) and the College Dean should be consulted.

The Program Director should notify IPA in writing of the decision to terminate the agreement. IPA will formally notify all relevant GSU units of the termination.
